You can print the application for a permit to carry a pistol from our "Forms" link.  This application along with a copy of firearms course and $100 permit fee must accompany the application.  This application must be turned in at the Waseca County Sheriff's Office during normal business hours.

Can I burn brush or garbage in Waseca County?

MN State Law DOES NOT ALLOW you to burn garbage in Waseca County.  ALL Waseca County residences have trash services available to them.  If you would like to burn brush you must obtain a permit from the Waseca County Sheriff's Office.  Once you have a permit you must call BEFORE you burn, each time you burn and log your fire with dispatch.
